The Aged Care Hostel has been in operation since 1991. The aim of the hostel is to keep our people in Yarrabah where they can be surrounded by family and friends.

It has sixteen rooms, three storerooms, an office, surgery, dining and lounge rooms, kitchen, laundry and two staffrooms. All the residents have their own toilet/bathroom and bedroom. Linen and bathroom accessories are provided by the Hostel.

There are ten staff working at the Hostel including four carers and three home and community care workers.
